What we collect

Kinleaf collects your name and email address when you sign in with Apple or Google. Within the app, you store the names, notes, and interaction history of people you choose to add. This data belongs to you.

How it's stored

Your data is stored securely in Google Firebase (Firestore), associated with your account. We do not sell, share, or use your personal data for advertising.

Authentication

Sign-in is handled by Apple or Google. We only receive the information those services provide (name and email). Passwords are never stored by Kinleaf.

Your rights

  • You can download all your data at any time from the Profile screen.
  • You can permanently delete your account and all associated data from the Profile screen.
  • Deletion is immediate and irreversible.

Third-party services

Kinleaf uses Google Firebase for authentication and data storage. Firebase's privacy policy applies to data processed through their infrastructure: firebase.google.com/support/privacy
